Agentic AI: From Automation to Autonomy
Today's Predictiv automates tasks. Tomorrow's Predictiv handles entire processes autonomously, with humans providing oversight rather than doing the work.
We're building AI agents that understand business context in Africa—not just generic algorithms trained on developed-world data. These agents will handle multi-currency complexity, navigate regulatory requirements, and operate within the relationship-driven nature of commerce in Africa.

Accounts Payable Agent
An autonomous agent that manages the entire payables lifecycle. It receives invoices via email or scan, extracts data using our proven document processing, matches against purchase orders and receiving documents, validates pricing and quantities, routes exceptions for human review, and auto-approves within defined tolerances.
For businesses in Africa, this means handling multi-currency invoices intelligently, optimising payment timing around exchange rate movements, and managing the complexity of import duties and withholding taxes automatically.
Accounts Receivable Agent
Collection shouldn't require a dedicated team chasing overdue invoices. Our AR agent monitors aging in real-time, predicts which invoices are at risk based on customer patterns, and triggers appropriate collection actions automatically.
It starts with gentle reminders, escalates through statements and calls, and can even negotiate payment arrangements via WhatsApp—the channel businesses in Africa actually use. All while maintaining relationship sensitivity and cultural awareness in its communications.
Intelligent Inventory Agent

Critical to success is the smallholder interface—USSD and basic mobile access that works for farmers without smartphones, with mobile money payments that put funds in their hands immediately.
