Fields to note:

·       Organisation

·       Name

·       Source data – select the document type

·       Body – the body of the message

·       Platform – select email from the dropdown menu

After configuring the message template, you then have to go back to the Notification Setup window under the document configuration tab and select the message template from the dropdown menu. Navigate to the Report/Statement List field in the Notification Setup window and select the appropriate report that you want to be sent by the system from the dropdown menu as shown in the image below.

Fiscal receipt format

Examples of notifications are:

  • Sending customer statements automatically to all customers, at 8am every Monday morning

  • Sending a daily sales report to the Sales Team at 6pm each evening

  • Sending an SMS to a customer with their fiscal invoice details, are they have purchased goods or services
