# Workflow
The Workflow module introduces Workflow Actions and Workflow Statuses to an entity, enabling designated users to create, approve, and process documents efficiently. ## Entities
When installed, the Workflow module integrates workflow functionality into the Purchase Order, Requisition, and Manage Requisitions windows. Each of these windows will include the following workflow fields in the header:
- Workflow Status: Displays the current status of the document within the workflow, such as Pending, Submitted, Approved, etc. - Workflow Action: A dropdown menu listing the actions that a qualified user can perform on the document, based on its current workflow status. Once the document is saved, this field is cleared, and the comment is recorded along with the action in the Workflow sub-tab of the window header.
